Does anyone know if Ray's Rocks and Gifts is going to reopen?

My husband and I used to really enjoy going in there and the Reader's Corner all the time. I know Larry closed the bookstore to retire. I haven't heard anything about Ray or his store but whenever I go by it's always closed and looks like it has been for awhile.
