Kudos to Kuvarsit (Emre)

Kuvarsit has taken their lumps over the past year. -- Splashed on the scene and then crashed. Wilson saves the day and then he doesn't. Well, Wilson and Julia are long gone now and Emre is a shining light in the darkness.

I shipped a watch back to Wilson on August 3, 2020 and Wilson said after several months it had never arrived. Game over. $500 written off. On June 6, 2021 I received an email from Emre that they found my watch in the mess left by Wilson and Julia. Over the next week or two, Emre sent my watch to be repaired and then tested it when it came back. Then my watch was shipped with tracking and arrived back to me on June 30, 2021. (East Coast, USA)

10 Months have passed. My watch is back. My watch is repaired. My faith in Kuvarsit - or at least Emre - is positive and improving.

Thanks Emre.
