More strict on iphone users?

I have been doordashing and grub hubbing with android for 2 years no problems. Now as soon as I get an iphone, I get a contract violation for 5 MINUTES LATE on doordash and grubhub unassigns me at long red lights now lmao. Why so strict on iphone drivers?? Never had ANY of these problems on android I could be 15 minutes late to pickup nothing but now cant even sit at red light without an order being snatched from me
