Thirst?

Does anyone else diagnosed with narcolepsy have issues with always feeling thirsty and dehydrated? I’ve had these symptoms for years and it feels like my sleepiness and energy are very related to my level of thirst and how hydrated I feel. I’m always drinking plenty of water but wake up every day with these dehydrated and thirsty feelings. No doctor I’ve spoken to has ever confirmed a clinical connection between these issues I have but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this 🤷🏼‍♀️
