HELP!!!!!! My Wife's dino is stuck floating on a geyser......

So the wife and I play on an unofficial server with the father in law and my wife took her dinos for a walk to gather meat and on her way back her one Allosaurus fell on a geyser and is now stuck in a loop in the air how can we get it back???

It can follow cause its in the air and being it keeps going up and down we can't get a saddle on it or cryo pod it.
