Switching jobs while pregnant.

Hi preggers, i am currently at 17 weeks pregnant. I don't want to make decisions based on my raging hormones but lately, i've been getting exhausted easily while working. Always short staffed. My job is physically demanding with a lot of lifting and bending. There is no such thing as light duty at my job. I recently got interviewed for a different position but this is more of administrative job without a lot of lifting and bending. My question is, what factors should i consider when i have decided to take the job offer? I know insurance is not an issue coz they do cover upon date of hire. Any advices?
