Tips on trouble shooting western blot

I am feeling really discouraged as I do not have much support in my lab on this (I’m the only one doing wb) and I’m a undergrad so I don’t have any past experience with it.

I feel like I’ve just been wasting time and resources all summer and I still can’t seem to get a reliable blot.
