Adderall XR weight loss?

I (23F) was just prescribed 15 mg adderall XR today. Reading all these side effects on here I’ve seen weight loss is a big one and I’m nervous about it. Has anyone who’s taken this experienced weight loss on XR? And if so how rapidly did it happen? I’m worried that I’ll lose a lot of weight and become unhealthy!
