First Krait II build

I'm fairly happy with this build so far but struggling to find the best setup for my defences. Bi weave vs standard, Hull tank vs shield tank etc.

I prefer to do these things without help but thought it would be good to have some casual input just incase I'm getting something terribly wrong.

Would also be useful for ideas on what to engineer first.

This is mainly a pve/bounty hunting ship but I'm also doing some generic stuff in it as well (hence the krait over fdl route I've chosen).
