Full time student loan application but part time class at AU

What would happen If i applied for full time loans for this summer term but decided to drop my courses at uofc and do part- time at athabasca? I’ve heard that withdrawing the loan application can impact future eligibility and that’s not an option for me since im broke. Im just wondering if theres anyone thats been on a similar situation that can help me, it would be very much appreciated. Any further insights about loans would also be helpful.

p.s. i called both student aid and the registrar and both are just passing me back and forth and not giving a concrete answer
