Small little tip: resetting perks is faster with an uncapped FPS

Most would see this as pointless info, but I thought I would share it anyway because it saves maybe 30-90 seconds each time you reset your perk tree (which I do often, because I like playing a variety of builds).

With an uncapped FPS, the speed of the Scroll of Legends perk reset is substantially faster. Playing uncapped fps is unsafe unless you are using a specific mod which removes many of the bugs that accompanies uncapped FPS. I have not been able to get uncapped FPS to work perfectly for me, so instead I just uncap my FPS while inside MCM and the menus by tweaking things in the .ini file of that mod. This means I get 144 fps (what I set it to) inside the MCM and journal pages. After using the perk reset scroll, I jump into the menu and my perks reset within 10-15 seconds.

Not huge or game-changing discovery. But it helps.
