I broke my tank, rescued a few tiny skrimps. Next steps?

I broke my crs tank when moving it. The large shrimps were temporarily put in a fish breeder box inside another tank. The shrimplets are small enough to escape that box so I put them in a bucket. How long can those tiny things survive in the bucket? I only got an extra air stone, moved over gravel and soil, added some rocks and wood from the broken tank. Can they stay there until a new tank is purchased and hopefully fast cycled with the old stuff?
