Help!!

Has any females tried saw palmetto? Apparently it blocks the dht hormone that causes hair loss but I can’t find anything online about females using this, also has anyone tried monat ? My hair wasn’t so bad until I used this product(which the rep said would make my hair grow)and I’ve started losing clumps of hair !!!! So hopeless
