I'm the only one getting extreme lag in ps4?

The game it's literally unplayable, since the chapter release I get the screen froze every chase, it' only happens in certain action like when I use the power with nemesis or when a survivor vaults or uses dead hard. It's very frustrating, get the screen completely frozen for like 1 second or 2. Please tell me if someone else is having thing problem or is for my ps4 or something.
