S01E01: Pilot

Just getting into this again for the first time. I didn't realize a few years ago when I originally started watching that the glyphs going into the commercial breaks actually meant anything. Come to find out (and I know that most of you know this already), the glyphs are spelling out something to do with the episode, or sometimes foreshadowing the next. The message in S01E01 is "Observer," and I guess that's a nod to much later. It really goes to show that this show had things mapped out right from the start.

Anyway....what did you think of the first episode? Favorite parts? Easter eggs?
