FH3 DLC

I was trying to buy the last car DLC I dont own on Horizon 3 today, but it's no longer available...did they stop the DLC for Horizon 3, or is Xbox marketplace just being stupid? I really want the newer NSX, but am unable to purchase the car pack now.
