Had endoscopy done today, not sure what to make of results.

FINDINGS:

Normal Duodenum; Normal mucosa in mid esophagus; Edema and erosions in the antrum compatible with erosive gastritis ; Grade B esophagitis in the gastroesophageal junction compatible with esophagitis

Not a smoker, drinker, fatty foods eater. Have a fairly clean diet. Don't use any medications. Originally had the procedure done because I had sore throat for the last month and my ENT suspected LPR. Didn't expect gastritis. What could be possible causes??

I'm at a loss and not sure how to go about healing this.
