Does anyone here utilize or have experience with an on demand pay service, either through their HRIS or a third party vendor like DailyPay?

My boss is having me and our payroll Admin look into either utilizing Paylocity's OnDemand Pay or partnering with DailyPay. I've had meetings with a rep from DailyPay and have a good understanding of their product, but I still feel very hesitant having an employee's pay go thru a third party, even if it's a completely optional "perk." So I thought to reach out to the hive mind, and see if anyone has utilized on demand pay.
