When will efootball be up again?

I’m relatively new to PES (been playing fifa for the ultimate team since fifa 13) and yesterday I was having a blast playing the online tournament mode and today I played matchday and it was cool to see the euro 2020 in game. I’m just wondering, is there anyway other way to play online without playing myclub? I know matchday is only for a specific time period but I just want to play online versus other people and I’m not really enjoying myclub since my team is pretty weak compared to everyone I play. I’m playing on the lite version, could that be why I can’t play online with real clubs?
