My E-Levels are suddenly astronomical

Hey there, as the title says, my E-Levels suddenly went up quite a bit.

I'm on hormones for 11months now, 4mg buccal, no blockers, no changes in dosage.

I get my blood levels tested every 3 months and so far my E2 has been around 350-400pg/ml the first two times, 270pg/ml 3 months ago and now it's suddenly at 700pg/ml!?

The only difference in my life that happened during the last 3 months was that i drive to work with my bike now (about 40mins per day) but i doubt that exercise would raise E-Levels!?

My T was pretty consistent at about 0.20ng/ml, now its suddenly at 0.10.
Also my LH and FSH was always <0.3mIE/ml (undetectable) and now my LH is at 0.5mIE/ml so quite a rise too.
My DHT was pretty stable at around 200ng/l+, now it suddenly dropped to 50ng/l+ (i mean, yayy?).
Progesterone consistently dropped from 0.5ng/ml to now 0.07ng/ml.

Basically i'm confused. I didnt change my dosage or really anything but quite some values have changed significantly and i dont quite know what to make of it.

My endo of course said i should reduce the dosage but i'm unsure, what if it was just some kind of weird spike? Unlucky timing with the measurement? (I take 1mg buccal every 6hours, blood draw was around 3-4h after the last pill)

Oh and while i'm at it, might as well ask: I always see pics of people like 6 months into HRT with really nice breast growth and i'm on it for 11 months and BARELY getting started on Tanner 3 (if even) but not much happening the last few months... idk, should i worry?
