Rattle in Passenger B Pillar 2020 Explorer
Took vehicle to 5 dealers and all said the same thing NPF could not duplicate concern. Not one of them drove the vehicle we found out since it only occurs at 60 to 70 MPH. This is below the speed limit on I22 so I don't see how this was an issue. The vehicle is still under warranty or I would just start pulling it apart myself. I have done some non-invasive checks so as not to void the warranty thus far. Thanks for all the help so far from reading previous posts, felt taped the weatherstrip clips NADA! Pulled B Pillar trim and all is tight and no noise. Checked the splash shields and all are tight. No moonroof but it does have roof rails, cheezy plastic pieces that are supposed to drip rail moldings are flimsy to say the least. I wonder if this may be where it is coming from. Any ideas?
