SIB Dark Souls 3?

It’s on sale for $16 now and I’m debating on buying this game.

I’ve never played Dark Souls before. I’m not sure about the difficulty - I’ve never really played a game that has combat like DS (from watching videos the closest game I’ve played is Horizon Zero Dawn), and I usually play first person so I’m not sure about my abilities.

I’m looking for an RPG with an interesting world and lore. I’m looking for a game that’s a bit different from what I usually play, and most of all one that has fun combat.

Note that I’m playing on PC and can’t afford a controller.

Edit: I’m buying it for $19. Lucky me, I had to wait on it long enough and found out that today is the first day Steam charges taxes in Canada. Happy Canada Day!
