Saw my neighbor on tinder how should I proceed?

Ok so I recently just got on tinder I’m 24(m) and as I was swiping I saw my cute neighbor who lives a few houses down. I’ve never met her but I used to know her brother when we were little. She takes walks once in a while in the neighborhood. My question is should I try and talk to her when I see her one day outside and joke I saw her on tinder or see if she swipes right on me?
