Lymphoma anxiety

I've got a painful lump I'm so scared that it is lymphoma it is painful when im touching it and when my right arm touches my body I've got it today when I woke up I don't think I have this yesterday because I don't feel any pain i don't shave my armpit and I don't have any infection I just woke up I'm so scared
