Providers post-NHK removal

So it seems that as of today 06/30/21, some providers were approached by NHK, since they went offline temporarily, and plan to return.

Starkan seems to be up without much issue, but I haven't been subbed there for a while. Are there others which I am not aware of?

Side note, there is also the iptv org m3u file. Would anyone recommend an EPG provider that works well with this link?
