POTS & Tinnitus?

Anyone aware of any links?

I’ve had tinnitus for years, but I recently developed a loud new buzz in my head, as well as a whistle in one ear, both of which seem to be exacerbated by standing. The buzz also flares when I’ve had my arms up for a while, like after showering.

It’s just as likely it’s related to my neck, but even though it doesn’t pulse in any way, I can’t shake the feeling it’s related to POTS and/or blood flow.
