Looking for help with my 3 year old daughters night terrors

Hello everyone I'm hoping to talk to someone for help with my 3 year Olds night terrors. My 3 YO who has been diagnosed with delayed speech a year ago started having night terrors 3 months ago. She used to be the best sleeper always went to bed every night at her bed time. Now she doesn't sleep I'm her room and stays in our bed every night. We try everyday to put her to bed in her own room and she will wake up in the middle of the night crying and screaming it can take hours to calm her down. If there is anyone who can give me advice I would love to hear Thank You.
