Does Dr. Powers ever prescribe estrogen patches? And/or can anyone vouch for them?

I’m really struggling with the hormonal swings of injections (I don’t know why I’m not like everyone else) and I can’t go back to pills. Can anyone who is post orchi and currently on estrogen patches or E gel vouch for them? I feel like it’s my last hope but I’ve been avoiding them due to sensory issues and being overwhelmed by having stuff on my skin. As well as reportedly low levels from patches.
