Hero call at 1/3?

I am UTG1 with KJdd and make it $15, 3 callers. BN is main v.

Flop J52 with 2 hearts and I check OOP, checks to BN and he bets $20. I decide to check/raise to $60, fold fold, and he jams for $254 more for me to call.

1. is check/raising flop for value bad?
2. Can I call the jam given I don’t have a heart? I don’t really lose to much here.

This player has bluffed in the past so I definitely thought he could do this with a FD
