BotW Ending - yes I'm late to the party...

Unsatisfied. That's the perfect word to summarize what I'm feeling right now.

I played through and got all the memories/read Zelda's diary. There was a buildup to some sort of penultimate moment between them (and no, not even romantic in nature). Nevermind the boss fight which was underwhelming. I could have overlooked that if the ending scene tied everything up between the two mains. Instead there's a typical cheesy, predictable ending which leaves so much about their "inner burdens" unanswered.

Anyone else feel the same? It had such character complexity (for a Zelda game, anyways) and I was so, so excited to see how each of their development arcs resolved. But they didn't.
