So how does the imperium recover eversor assassins?

At first I thought the Eversor would just explode upon completion of his task via killing itself, but upon further research it shows that the imperium reuses the assassins. So how do they retrieve a psychotic murder machine fueled by military grade bath salts and meth? Do they incapacitate it? Is there a kill switch that KOs the assassin? Or does the assassin have more consciousness than I originally thought?
