Internet access but nothing Internet-dependant loads

So for the past day, I have been trying to fix this issue on my own. I'm running an Ethernet connection (A gigabyte b550 ds3h Mobo if that matters). I've tried a plethora of things to try and fix this and nothing has worked. I've tried all the cmd prompts related to the issue, changed setting, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, editing values in the registry. I killed my brand new GPU somehow in the process. Luckily I still had my old one. And I have determined that it IS the computer itself that is the issue, not my home wifi. Any solutions or tips would be extremely helpful as I am going insane and have had to take a copious amounts of drugs for a Saturday morning
