Does Ohtani normally struggle in the first inning on the road?

Pitchers normally have a set routine for when they warm up to get ready during a game. When Ohtani is home, he can focus on warming up his pitching before directly entering the game. But when he’s on the road, he has to hit before even taking the mound which I could imagine might mess up his rhythm.

Does anyone have his splits in the first inning on the road vs at home? What about NL pitchers who bat in the top of the first?

Edit: see u/SirMctrolington ’s response below for the splits!
