Time for new tires

So my tires on my 2016 TRD OR are on their last legs. I bought this used about a year ago and want to get some quality all terrain tires that can handle all road conditions. Especially ice and snow. I was looking at BFGOODRICH All Terrain T/A KO2. Would these be a good choice? I might have to ship them if I can’t find them locally. Looking at about $1034.04 for 4 with tax, shipping, and tire warranty. With whatever tire I get, should I replace my spare with 1 as well? Thanks.
