EMPRESS Forza Horizon 4 "You may not proceed without being signed in"

As the title says on the FitGirl version on FH4 I am not getting a message saying I need to sign in before I can do anything, nothing I try gets passed it. All that has changed is I have reinsatlled windows fresh and i copied my save from before and pasted it in so in theory it should still work. not sure if anyone has any suggestion. I am using the FitGirlversion of FH4
