Is it ok to have a relationship with a Catholic man?

I'm a Christian but I feel uncomfortable seeing my man praying to Mary and other saints. I love him so much and we barely talk about our religions. He's a devoted Catholic and I'm in a family of Christian Baptist. If we are to marry, then I do not want us to have different churches.
