[FO4] Any mods that either replace Home Plate with an empty plot, or anything that'd allow me to build a house in Diamond City myself?

I hate home plate. I hate the layout. Im so picky most home plate remodeled mods don't do it for me. My sole has a kid to raise in there, goddamnit

I'd rather like to build my own house with workshop materials, outside and not in an interior cell. I was thinking to use Conquest, but obviously that can't be done within Diamond City. I could use the mod that makes Diamond City a settlement, but that feels pretty excessive and I don't want to mess with things /too/ much.

Anything like Conquest or something built off of Conquest to allow me to build in DC? especially with it marked as a settlement so companions can be sent there?
