I'm going into my junior year in highschool this coming school year, What should be done to study abroad?

I think it should be noted that I currently do not know any languages except English.

How do you get into a language learning program?

How do you get into an abroad program?

The basic rundown/tutorial would be awesome.

Edit: A to A+ grades, if that matters.
