4k/120hz TV’s worth the price for the Xbox?

Right now I’m seeing 3 main groupings of tv’s.

$400-500 4k/60hz $850-1000 4k/120hz $1300-1500 4k/120hz OLED-QLED

So for a console like the xbox, is it really worth going to those more expensive TV’s considering that the Series X can rarely output a game @ 4k/120fps?
