Advice

Hi guys so I’m super confused so I recently hung out with a guy earlier this week we agreed to golf and go paddle boarding. We golfed and he payed for me even though I insisted I didn’t want him to then he said I could just pay him back for dinner it started to rain and we couldn’t go paddle boarding so we went shopping and then went o go eat lunch I insisted I pay but he said no and we just payed separate since it was cloudy out we couldn’t paddle board and he said he needed to go back to his frat house. I drove him back and as I was driving him back I asked if he liked me or something since he’s been paying for me every time we hung out and just been carry my stuff for me and being super nice. To my surprise he said he didn’t know and just said he’s trying to get to know me more. I said alright and then he asked to hang out again maybe this weekend I agreed he gave me a hug and left but I’m not sure if he was just being nice and saying that because I haven’t heard from him in a couple of days. I don’t know how I should precede. Please help. Thanks!
