Binders that support toploaders

Good evening,

Recently I have been looking for a place to store my toploaded cards. However, many people recommended to put them in a storage box/ETB or basically I have to hide them.

I've also been told there is a D-ring binder that support toploaders (https://toploaderbinder.com/). But they tend to get really big and honestly, I don't really like D-ring binders due to personal preferences. Also, the prices including shipment is way too much. Is there something like a zipper or strap binder (like VaultX zipper binder or Dragon shield Codex strap binder) that holds toploaders?

If not, is that something that will work and is actually useful? Been thinking about improvising and create a binder myself that holds a certain amount of toploaders (like 80-100).
