Which Battle Point sync pair should I pull?

I am wondering which Battle Point sync pair I should pull next. I was planning to pull either Lt Surge or Bugsy until I realised I don't have any 4-star support candies. However, I have 11 4-star strike move candies and 4 4-star tech candies.

I am not planning to pull on Karen since I find her unreliable, given that she needs a potion to offset her double-edge, and I don't have many potion users.
