Help with plane PIDs

So as of late ive been wanting to do a aircraft heavy campaign and dont even know where to start with aircraft PIDs i know the bare basics of AI pids and basic pids and thats it so im asking for some help making a functional pid basis i can edit and tweak to get my aircraft aloft.
