Oculus Friend’s but I don’t have any

I got a DM in RecRoom “This is (user name) from your Oculus friends. We’re friends in Rec Room now!”

How did they find me when I don’t have any friends I added as Oculus friends. I checked the Oculus app to make sure.

How can I find out who they are if I have no clue who this is?

Thank you all in advance for your help!
