Just looking for some reassurance

Question

I (34F) have been gluten free since 2015 and have been on a long journey with my gut health. At one point in 2017 I saw a GI who wanted to blame everything on weight (ugh). I was already GF when I went in, and had to fight to convince her to run blood tests. Turns out I have both genes! Oh, yeah, and my mom has Crohn's and I have Graves disease! This GI had me eat gluten again for like, maybe 10 days TOPS, did more blood work, said its not celiac, then never saw me again. Fast forward, I have a great doctor (an allergist very well versed in guts) and I'm feeling like I want to be tested again.

Am I being unreasonable here? From all of the research I've done, and being a relatively medically literate nerd, it seems like there's a moderately good chance that, with the genes and the thyroid autoimmune disease, I could have celiac. And it also seems like 7-10 days (I really can't remember, it was 4 years ago, y'all) is definitely not long enough for gluten reintroduction to have any real effect.

So, yeah. Not looking for medical advise, I've got a handle on that. It's the "being a woman and constantly doubting myself and undervaluing my lived experience" part that I'm looking for some reassurance on. I'm not being unreasonable in asking to be tested again, am I?

PS I don't work right now so if there was ever a time to suffer thru a gluten challenge it would be now.
