EM sands/Anemo goblet/Crit circlet with EM weapon or EM sands/Anemo goblet/EM circlet with crit weapon?

hi there! i've been having a hard time trying to decide what artifacts to use.

here are some sets i had in mind:

1. 4-pc VV with EM sands/Anemo goblet/Crit circlet with Iron Sting

2. 4-pc VV with EM sands/Anemo goblet/EM circlet with Black Sword

as for kazuha's role on my team, i'm not quite sure yet... maybe sub dps. i'm planning on running him with jean who has a 2-pc vv/2-pc glad set. i still have to decide the rest but as of right now, i'd just like to know which is more viable. thank you!
