3 month female puppy randomly smells like fish

Hi guys I am hoping you can help me with this one. So my husky of 3 months randomly starts smelling like fish. It happens randomly and goes away. We don’t know what could be the cause of it. At first I thought it was her breath since she’s teething but now I think it’s either her butt or her Vagina. We tried giving her a bath but the smell doesn’t go away. Other than that she’s pooping fine and peeing fine and playing.
