Potential charges for breaking into a workshop to steal power?

Criminal Law

My neighbors broke the rear paneling of my workshop, went inside, fucked with the wiring AND the breaker box, and plugged in extension cords.

This is not the first time they've stolen power from us, but the outdoor outlets are now in lock boxes and their last extension cord broken after the 4th time.

What are the possible charges for this? Would they be affected by the fact that we let them have some power early on (she was pregnant, they claimed that COVID hit them hard, offered small cash, and we're bleeding hearts).

Tryna decide if pressing charges would even be worth the legal money.

Edit: Location is Missouri, USA

Edit 2: The responding officer said it wasn't likely that the city would even take the case... so looking for any alternatives to exert more pressure on them.
