when I connect the cell phone via USB to the notebook it starts to open pages from the main browser

This happens regardless of which browser is the default, be it Edge, Opera or Chrome, I don't know why this is happening. It only happens with my smartphone, I haven't tested another USB cable. I think it's something on my smartphone and not on the notebook.
