Setons and thongs

Okay, I’ll just preface this by saying I have two seton rings, both placed when in 2019 when I was 17. Since then, I only wore hospital underwear for a few months until i transitioned into wearing men’s boxer briefs. Before my surgery I only wore thongs. I’m just wondering, does anyone who has a seton wear thongs? Was the transition uncomfortable? Do you recommend against it?

As soon as I recovered from my surgeries the pandemic hit and I haven’t seen my boyfriend basically since. He got his second dose and I’m hoping we can finally see each other again soon. Truthfully this underwear doesn’t make me feel super confident much less sexy. I also have a hard time hiding these underwear lines under certain clothes. I know doesn’t care about what I wear, and this isn’t about him- it’s about how I feel.

I don’t know guys. I just wanna wear thongs again lol.
